Six the Musical:
A wonderful feminist musical with some of the catchiest but also tearjerking songs I have ever heard, no wonder they set the theatre world alight. If you like Tudor history, great costumes and catchy but meaningful songs, this is one for you.

Repo! The Genetic Opera:
An absolutely feverous musical, so awful that it just works. I love and hate it at the same time mostly due to the script and general chaos. But I also love how bonkers it is, a special mention also to Anthony Stewart Head for his role in this masterpiece.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show:
There was no way I wasn't going to mention this wonderful musical. No matter how many times I listen to it/watch it, I will never be fed up of the songs or Tim Curry in fishnets and red lipstick. A queer masterpiece, one of the finest.
The Prince of Egypt:
As a child, I was obsessed with Egyptology and discovered this film and frankly never stopped watching it or listening to the soundtrack. Even now as an (apparent) adult, some of the songs still bring a tear to my eye, especially considering current events.

The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas:
One of Dolly Parton's finest films in my opinion, I think the costumes are outstanding and Dolly Parton was pretty much made for the role as the Madam of a brothel, something she has mentioned herself! A classic eighties musical.
